How Concern works with Trusts and Foundations
Concern Worldwide has been fortunate enough to build relationships with a wide range of trusts, foundations and institutions that share our vision of a world in which nobody lives in poverty, fear or oppression. In fact, 120 charitable organisations supported Concern Worldwide's work in 2007. This vital support enables Concern Worldwide to work in partnership with some of the poorest communities in the world to achieve major and sustainable improvements in their lives
Many of our partners choose to make donations to our work in general. This income is incredibly important as it gives us the flexibility and independence to respond quickly to those in need. Some of our partners prefer to fund specific projects in which case we identify suitable projects which fulfil both Concern Worldwide's and our partner's objectives.
Concern Worldwide hopes to build on our existing network of partners, enabling us to achieve even more in our work with the world's poorest people. If you are a trustee or have links with a charitable trust, foundation or institution you can help!
